Reformers are Pilates machines that use springs and pulleys to provide variable resistance to assist and challenge the body. The variable resistance with Reformer Pilates is what makes it so unique and is why it’s suitable for every level of ability. 

Why would you choose group Reformer Pilates over group Matwork? It really is different strokes for different folks! If you are looking for more personalized attention, Group Reformer provides more individualized workouts that include total body conditioning.  If you require a little more assistance or support then Reformer will also be preferable for you.


Intro Reformer Private

All new clients must take this introduction to the reformer private before entering group reformer classes, Students will be introduced to the pilates reformer and learn the essential reformer exercises and choreography

Group Reformer

These semi-private classes with an emphasis on rhythmic, flowing movements will increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone. Class size is limited to 4 people to provide individualized attention in this group setting. One private session is required first.

Private Reformer

Private instruction with Pilates is the most effective way to define and achieve your individual needs and goals. Clients will experience challenging and varied lessons which will move you rapidly towards your goals and give you insight into your body’s movement capabilities.


Mat Class

Mixed-level Mat class to engage the mind and challenge the body. Improve strength and flexibility using exercises that can be done anywhere. An intense Pilates workout designed for you to feel the burn as you create results. This dynamic class will leave you sculpted and strong, feeling the burn in your arms, abs, and tush. 


This class challenges your body to its limit through fun plyometric moves & bootcamp drills that work your entire body. Every class is different and we use a variety of exercises & equipment so you will never be bored. Bootcamp focuses on all areas of the body, agility, speed, balance, strength, burning calories, and most of all, having fun!  Classes are held in studio and outside, weather permitting.

Corporate Group Fitness Class

We can create a wellness program specific to your company, offering Pilates, Yoga, Barre, or Bootcamp. This Vinyasa flow class maintains awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow a progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure.


All sessions and pre-registered classes require a 24-hour cancellation in order to avoid being charged for missed appointments.

Pilates and Yoga classes are 55 minutes, Bootcamp class is 75 min.
