Reformer pilates AT PRISM PILATES
Reformers are Pilates machines that use springs and pulleys to provide variable resistance to assist and challenge the body. The variable resistance with Reformer Pilates is what makes it so unique and is why it’s suitable for every level of ability.
PRISM classes are intentionally designed to challenge you, both physically and mentally, while keeping you grounded in your breath. Our method is rooted in slow, controlled, and purposeful movement. You won’t be rushed through exercises; instead, you’ll be guided to move with precision, awareness, and depth.
Each class is 55 minutes and takes place on the Reformer in a small group setting. With a maximum of 9 clients, our teachers are able to provide detailed cueing, hands-on corrections, and thoughtful modifications tailored to your body and experience level.
You can expect a full-body workout that emphasizes core strength, spinal articulation, alignment, and stability. While our reputation is known for being challenging, the focus is never on keeping up with other. It’s about learning how to move well, breathe fully, and build strength over time.
Our instructors will guide you through spring changes and exercise variations to either support or challenge your movement. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have years of experience, each class is designed to meet you where you are while continuing to push your practice forward.
Expect to feel worked, connected, and more aware of your body. Both in and out of the studio.
group Reformer class
A 55-min Pilates classes with an emphasis on rhythmic, flowing movements that will increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone. Class size is limited to 9 people to provide individualized attention in this group setting. Intro to Reformer is highly encouraged if this is your first time to PRISM, taking Pilates or using the reformer.
intro to Reformer Class
If you are new to you are new to PRISM, Pilates or the Reformer, it is highly encouraged to attend an Intro to Reformer class to gain comfort and confidence before entering group reformer classes. During this free session, students will be introduced to the Pilates reformer and learn the essential exercises and choreography before their first class.
Intro class offered every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Sign up is required to attend.
Private Pilates session
Private instruction with Pilates is the most effective way to define and achieve your individual needs and goals. Clients will experience challenging and varied lessons which will move you rapidly towards your goals and give you insight into your body’s movement capabilities. In addition to the Reformer, clients will be introduced to the Cadillac, Chair and Barrel equipment.

virtual Mat Class
Mixed-level Mat class to engage the mind and challenge the body. Improve strength and flexibility using exercises that can be done anywhere. An intense Pilates workout designed for you to feel the burn as you create results. This dynamic class will leave you sculpted and strong, feeling the burn in your arms, abs, and tush.
one time Private group class
We offer 55-minute private Group Reformer classes for events such as birthdays or corporate outings, for a flat rate of $275, tailored to your group’s experience level. Whether you’re brand new or looking for a challenge. We can accommodate up to 9 clients per class, with scheduling based on teacher and studio availability. All sessions and pre-registered classes require an 8-hour cancellation in order to avoid being charged for the class. If you are waitlisted for a morning class, you may be pulled into class in the middle of the night (e.g., 9am class cancellation window is 1am), so please remove yourself from the waitlist if you do not intend on joining class the next day.
Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions are 55 minutes, Virtual Mat Pilates classes are 45 min.
