prism pilates teacher training
PRISM Pilates certification is made up of 130 hours over 10 weeks, covering intermediate to advanced work on the mat, reformer, and accessory equipment, anatomy, teaching methodology and Pilates’ philosophy. Our teacher training program is a high caliber and rigorous training that not only sets our teachers up to be success as certified Pilates instructors, but significantly stronger and knowledgeable as a student. All PRISM teachers are certified under the PRISM Pilates Method.
Teacher Training takes place once a year in the winter.

If you have reviewed and are interested in participating in our next Teacher Training, HERE is the application. All applications will be due November 1st, 2025. Notice will be provided mid-December. We will only be accepting a limited number of students, so please inquire sooner rather than later by discussing with us & submitting your application.
